How To Obtain An Ascending Lights Scholarship

The Ascending Lights program awards scholarships exclusively through churches in the greater Los Angeles area. The process begins with an initial meeting between an inner city pastor and a member of our staff. At that time, application materials are given to the church. The pastor and/or church staff will then give the application materials to worthy students of their choosing.
