Founded in 1993, the Ascending Lights
Leadership Network helps urban churches
recognize and develop uniquely gifted young
men and women who have the potential to
succeed and give back to their communities.
Working with their pastors, we help these
individuals become the next generation of leaders breaking the downward cycle of poverty and violence in their neighborhoods.

Candidates nominated by their pastors can receive:

• Full scholarships to local community colleges to obtain modern job skills and university transfer credits.
• Academic and spiritual mentoring
• Intensive training in urban leadership.
